Characteristics:
* White crystal or crystalline powder, very soluble in water, alkali metals and heavy metals complexing, hard water softening, pH about 9.5 for 1% aqueous solution, ion exchange capacity, able to change suspension into a clear solution.
* This product implements Standard QB1034-91.
Applications
* It can function as improver, water retainer, emulsifier, chelating agent, stabilizer, water softener, pH regulator and thickening agent, and be used in meat products, dairy products, flour products, seafood, canned food, fruit and vegetable drinks, etc.
Usage
* Add dry or aqueous solution of this product into food and mix well.
* When dissolved in water, it should be slowly added to the water while stirring to avoid the formation of large crystals.
