Application
* Used as improver, chelating agent, water retention agent, emulsifier, and stabilizer in food such as meat products, flour products, dairy products and fish products, drinks and etc.
Dosage
* Add dry or aqueous solution of this product into food and mix well. Western-style ham, sausage, meat products, fish products, shrimp 2 ~ 5g/kg, flour products 3 ~ 6g/kg, dairy products 1 ~ 5g/kg, fruit and vegetable drinks 0.5 ~ 2g/kg, canned food and canned soup 0.5 ~ 1g/kg
Usage
* Add dry or aqueous solution of this product into food and mix well.
Storage:
* Store in a cool dry place. Shelf life is 2 years.
